1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777wc website located at 777wc.org (hereinafter "the Platform," "777wc," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using 777wc immediately. 777wc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To use 777wc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties).
• You are not registering from, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by 777wc or any affiliated programme.
• You have not previously had a 777wc account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

777wc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777wc. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777wc reserves the right to close all accounts held by that individual and void any outstanding bets or balances arising from the duplicate account.

Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and current. You are responsible for updating your details should any information change. 777wc accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact or payment information.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify 777wc immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC). 777wc operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence and is required to conduct identity verification checks. You agree to cooperate with all KYC requests, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777wc processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR accounts. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability in your region at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours following satisfactory KYC verification. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 777wc's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Transaction Limits: 777wc reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits may change without prior notice and will be communicated through the Platform cashier.
• Declined Transactions: 777wc accepts no liability for declined transactions caused by your payment provider. Contact your bank or mobile wallet provider in the first instance.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the 777wc account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 777wc are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game-play matters.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation message. Bets in progress or pending confirmation are not binding on 777wc.
• Void Bets: 777wc reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, on events that have already concluded prior to bet placement, or where technical errors have produced erroneous market data.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, and bilateral series, are governed by official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches and Duckworth-Lewis decisions are handled according to sport-specific rules published in the Help section of the Platform.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the game as captured on stream.
• Maximum Win Limits: Individual game or event maximum win limits apply. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777wc may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General conditions applicable to all 777wc promotions include:

• Bonuses are available only to users who have completed the registration and KYC verification process.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 777wc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated account activity, or systematic exploitation of promotion terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777wc and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and recovery of funds:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in a manner that is inconsistent with ordinary gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or peer-to-peer game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing 777wc while self-excluded or on behalf of a self-excluded individual.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777wc Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and video streams — is the exclusive property of 777wc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 777wc is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 777wc provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• 777wc shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 777wc's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 777wc's negligence.

Internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider failures are outside 777wc's control. We accept no liability for losses arising from such circumstances.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of 777wc is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By registering on 777wc, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. 777wc does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

777wc may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• You have been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777wc holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 777wc's customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

777wc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on record or through a prominent Platform notice. The "Effective" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using 777wc and close your account.
